Neck Knife

Sheath was designed to hang sideways. Its made from Kydex.

This rustic mini neck knife was easy to make. All you need is a disc grinder a drill and a dremel. We used 1/8 1095 carbon steel. The sheath was made from Kydex. Check out our short video to see just how easy this project is.

Once the outline design is rough cut use a flap sanding wheel to smooth all of the rough edges and finish shaping the knife design.

A Dremel grinder is used to bevel the blade edge and add scallops into the blade to give it that blacksmith rustic look.
