The Spay Pencil is very easy to make. Start by slowly bending, pulling and twisting the eraser end. The entire eraser and metal should pull off. 

Next step is to drill a small hole down through the pencil lead. Go slow.

Once the pilot hole is drilled increase the size of the drill bit and again slowly enlarge the hole diameter.

Last step is to wrap your tiny note as tight as possible and insert it into the pencil's secret compartment. Be sure to have the paper size slightly longer then the depth of the hole. This way you always have an exposed end to grab. Now just press fit the eraser back in place.
