How to make these unique, inexpensive, Halloween toilet decorations

This Halloween project starts with a piece of black construction paper. We found a  sheet at Staples for under $1. 

Measure the width of your toilet's tank. Then using a straight edge draw a light pencil line from one corner of the construction paper angled down. The angle down depends on your face design. Usually around 6-8 inches is enough for most designs.

Potty Peeper Halloween Decorations

Remove the toilet's tank cover and tape the Peeper in place. We used scotch tape but black electrical tape or black duct tape would be better. We also used a small piece of double sided tape on the face.
